I have been waiting over a month for my new hearing aids and have paid a £500 deposit. When the allotted time for fitting was due, received a message that they hadn?t been delivered and you would contact me when they arrived, 3 weeks later nothing. No updates. Contacted you yesterday and no one knew anything, didn?t know where they were or that I had even paid a deposit.The bloke that did the fitting didn?t seem all that knowledgeable and couldn?t demonstrate the various styles , colours etc.I haven?t even had an itemised receipt or bill. I consider this very poor service and feedback. Do I need to go to Boots to purchase hearing aids as you are obviously not interested in customer service and satisfaction.

I am very impressed with the professional and responsible work of the team. I had a very pleasant experience and am very happy with my new glasses.

Bedford SpecSavers are very professional and are only let down by the people who make their surveys for them. They are inept and annoying. For that reason I've emailed the CEO - the Perkins brothers. The in house and survey/questionnaire experience couldn't be more different.

The team at Specsavers in Bedford were fantastic. The optician was professional and explained my eye test and prescription clearly. The customer team were friendly and very patient in helping me to choose new frames. Personally, I think the glasses at Specsavers are fairly priced and there's normally a good range of styles - the Bedford store in particular is large enough to have the majority of styles available to try on which is a huge plus.

100% love specsavers they are very good as l go every year to have my glasses changed due to my rare autoimmune condition. Always take extra care of me and take there time. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Just excellent and team service. Amazed at the machines used for eye testing. Came home so satisfied. Cost effective as well. I recommend Specsaver to everyone with eye issues.
