Nothing to add against to clerk, only the fact that discounts are not working. From the shell app is selected the discount, but at the checkout is not working. Not the first time. Fix the problem and will buy fuel in future. Disappointing

My no.1 fuel station and UPS point. Raj is amazing, always highly professional, and very helpful.I had a nightmare with a UPS package and he went above and beyond to help me.When we had fuel shortage Raj was very helpful with all customers in a very stressful time. When it's busy he won't keep us waiting like most stations, one man, and he's like superman!I cannot thank him enough for always looking after us customers, whether you are a regular or not he looks after us all.A credit to Shell and UPS, I come back as I know I will be taken care of and I appreciate friendly yet professional service ??????

The cashier man was being very rude and I felt he would probably abuse me physically. I visited before and found others to be very friendly.Today Friday 9am was the most uncomfortable and intimidating counter ever in a petrol station.Worse thing is I don't know why i was being abusive and then said I was driving around in his petrol station but I only reversed because they didn't have normal diesel in that one so when I explained he told me to hurry up and pay then go etc
