Terrible woman on the till forced me to download the app to get points and give her a review and all I wanted was a drink. Spoke rudely to me acting as if I don?t know how to use a phone. Had to walk out so no drink for me and no good review for annoying woman

Apart from being overpriced the main issue here is the woman who jams shell go plus app down your throat, heaven forbid you leave your phone at home or say no to owning it..she will try and force you to go and get it or download it again..Have used other petrol stations just to avoid her as she is too annoying. All other staff are great ?

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here clearly have no understanding of customer service ? unless being rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional counts. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. No greeting, no smile ? just attitude. When I asked a simple question, I was met with eye rolls and sarcasm. It honestly felt like I was bothering them by existing.

Generically poor and overpriced service station with additional wildlife.
Burger king cost me £12.80 for a whole lot of nothing.
The toilets looked like a bodily fluid Jackson Pollock painting.
Went to sit down and discovered that a large army of ants were crawling around at my feet so I elected to sit outside on the curb and enjoy my 'meal'.

The woman behind the till seems to be obsessed with getting people to download the Shell app and is quite rude about it. Even after declining, she tried to get me to download it infront of her!

Do NOT use at night - 8 pm and the Shell has their toilets locked because apparently someone vandalises them and they are not willing to give the key out and they are ?out of order? at night. They send you to Burger King - their toilets were actually out of order. Went back to Shell hoping I can politely ask again, and ask for the key, and the unpleasant woman behind the Shell register then said it?s a great bog door which neither I, nor my husband can open (yeah, right) and then sent me to Travelodge knowing very well they don?t have public toilets. So you will waste your time going in circles.
This is NOT a service station if you cannot use the toilets!!!!!

Does NoT cater for HGV (especially for artics) and No sign until you start to enter so no choice but to struggle a way around with a constant of car and van drivers with little understanding of the situation and less patience.
PLEASE add a NO HGV sign on all signs.
It?s a shame as this road is in NEED of an HGV stop in this area.

Loud engine noise/clattering after refueling diesel two weeks ago. I was thinking that injectors were gone. Don't comment about poor state of this place but diesel quality should be nr 1. Shame on you shell !!

I only gave a 1 because I couldn't put a zero! 7 pm last night I was with my disabled friend they had obviously cleaned the loos and locked them for the night...refused my friend the use of them only for her to end up peeing out the back behind a Bush...not our problem was the answer! I had to literally pick her up from the floor.. Disgusting..ill be contacting Burger King

While the petrol station itself is OK the rest is a disgusting shambles.The surface of the moon has smaller craters in it, the potholes in the parking area are shocking I'm sure you could actually loose a small car in some of them.As for Greg's / Burger King I'd be surprised if it has more than 1 star in the hygiene ratings. The toilets are disgusting with only one cubicle having a lock, pools of water(?) On thefloor, "stains" that have been on the walls since before Christmas, luke warm water, soap dispensers that are empty 80% of the time and a hand dryer that's worked once this year.If environmental health turned up the place would be condemned!
