All staff gave us a lovely warm welcome and we?re eager to help also after ordering my items I spoke to the branch manager and she went above and beyond replacing parts to an item I bought 7 months ago and saved me buying another one.

Customer service is impeccable and items were handed over via click and collect rapidly. We have used Screwfix for multiple items for home development and everything has been available, of good quality and comes with some kind of warranty/returns policy. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Had to go in-store today to grab a few bits for work as the app wouldn?t load my order for collection. The cashier that served me (i apologise for not taking your name down) was hands down one of the most polite, friendly and knowledgeable person. The service was excellent and not only did I receive the bits I needed for work without having to wait too long, the cashier also signed me onto of the benefits schemes they offer for your trade and thoroughly went through with me what benefits I?d be offered. Honestly it?s a shame I didn?t take your name down but if you see this review and remember serving me then I?d just like to thank you for your service and being so polite and helpful.

Firstly, the staff are amazing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. ScrewFix carries everything electrical. Their prices are a bit on the high side for the harder to get items. But somewhat comparable with other electrical stores. Another negative might be where they are located, but it's not a deal breaker.

They sell everything for building and DIY jobs they have great prices especially in bulk. Their catalogue is cramped with a lot of things, for different areas around the house. They are competitive in quality and pricing. Over the years we have used them for the bathroom kitchen garden work, underfloor heating, painting, screws of all kinds, doorbells security, etc.

Real working hours die not match what stated in Google maps, so they do not work on Saturday at all. They would inform working hours in confirmation latter it SMS what they?ve sent out.

I always buy my DIY projects supplies here, it's always quite, never over crowded.Collection is always a quick, in and out. Branch is always tidey and clean.Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Always willing answer any questions you have or explain things .There's customers parking right in front of shop.
