The team here are phenomenal!!
They helped me out massively today - even a few minutes into closing time.
They were very kind, patient, understanding and helpful.
The team were - a white lady with brown hair , a black guy with black hair and a lady who appeared to be the manager.
Really hope they get the praise and recognition they deserve from this review.

I had an enquiry about binding for my dissertation and Anna provided the best customer service that I ever seen. She was amazing in all the points from the type of binding and the difference in them. I would definitely come back to shop again

Called in to use the in store printing service as it is the only place open on a Sunday for printing. £2.50 service charge is a rip off! it took just a few seconds for the employee to select b/w and click print. I will in future avoid using Rymans.
