Visited for the first time and very friendly reception and reasonable price for leather sole and heel replacement. Has promised a quick turnaround so I will review again when I see the finished article but expecting a good result.

Parted with my Church?s for a week as they were in desperate need of a re-sole.Rudi?s workmanship was absolutely fantastic. Got my shoes back with dare I say, better than the original leather bottom.Really great guy too and extremely knowledgeable on all things shoes! Highly recommend.

Amazing service received today, couldn?t be happier! Had a pair of boots where the heel tip had worn down to the point that the pieces of metal were exposed and the fabric was then consequently detaching too. Popped them in and it was sorted by the time I came back after a little bit of lunch. Very friendly and it only cost £9 which was a pleasant surprise as for some reason I was expecting to be paying £25+ (have never had shoes repaired before). Will definitely be coming back with any other shoes that need repairing and 100% recommend :)

A friend recommended it and ever since I've always come here to get my keys cut. Sometimes it takes just about a minute to have them, super fast! I have also asked for help in the past when accidentally left my keys inside. Now I always make here several copies just in case! Great customer service and prices. It's one of those places in Bedford that needs to be supported, 100% recommended.
