The items i purchased were good value for money as per usual yet i experienced issues at the till between myself and ?Shazad?, when it came to pay for my items i had asked why he had been on his phone as i noticed during my time browsing the store, he sharply replied ?What has that got to do with you? and continued a bitter tone throughout the rest of the conversation. This experience left me irritated and frustrated as he seemed to use the fact he has just started working there as an excuse for his atrocious customer service.

The way Zane spoke to two people about the use of an escalator was rude, patronising and completely unhelpful. Then to talk over me when I took issue blaming health and safety (which his actions was making worse) is totally unacceptable.
Not sure if this is a management training issue but they need to take a long hard look at how to deal with CUSTOMERS who don't always do as they wish.

I am from Cambridge, UK and for a day out to check new collection in Bedford store, oh my god, I really enjoyed a lot to explore the new stuffs and special thanks ?? to Rosiane she?s best at work specially in Customer Service and she?s fabulous helped me to get my swimming dress what I was looking for and she?s amazing and gorgeous. Rosiane is the asset to Bedford store

Clothes should be a new like in London stores. I bought some clothes on sale in London but I never see them in Bedford. Make better clothes delivery. Staff are nice.

Today I tried to get in at 5:55, when the closing time said 6pm to get something quick. That actually normally is located by the tills and the security guard didn?t allow e to get in. Very disappointed
