Ideal location for visiting the town. Very much a standard premier inn - but right on the river, lovely walks.Had breakfast, in my opinion this is one of the best bits of a premier inn, you can really enjoy a wide range of food - cereals, yoghurt, juices, full English. For £10 per person and kids eat free! The restaurant was nice and bright with lovely views over the river. Rooms are nice, air conditioned and sound deadened. And above anything else, a good shower, nice bed.Paid about £50 a night which is cheaper than a taxi to town and back.Parking from Saturday at around 11.30am to Sunday around 1pm was £1.90 for 26 hours in the council car park (multi storey)! (Free on Sunday and cheap on Saturday)

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. I can say that my room was clean and spacious, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and with bath tub.The location is very strategic because it's not far from the railway station (just 15 minutes walk). The negative side of my room was the lack of a safety box and a fridge for drinks. In general I say that I can advise this hotel for staying and visiting Bedford.

Fantastic location by the river. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a good evening meal menu. Only downside is the lack of onsite car parking. Value for money.

Good value hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Great view of the river Ouse running through the town centre. Loads of nice restaurants, pubs, and cafes surrounding the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was OK, nothing to shout about but good enough to start your day well. It's good for a pit stop if you're travelling or visiting for work and it's in a great location.Car parking is around the corner in a nearby multi-storey. You have to validate parking in the hotel for a discount and pay in the car park. Was nearly £10 for one night. There seems to be a lot of EV parking/charging spaces right below the hotel, though.Rooms: Rooms are decent size, all the amenities you need. Bed was comfortable and most importantly the room and bathroom were clean!Walkability: Loads of decent pubs, restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel. In a great central spot with a good view of the river ouse running through the centre.Food & drinks: There's a few shops, restaurants, bars and cafes around the hotel. Loads of places to get good food and nice cocktails.

What a little gem this place is.Stayed on a Friday night for just £35. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything you need - aside from perhaps a safe - tea and coffee etc.Breakfast buffet was really good at an additional £10 per person.Location is perfect, right on the river, with a lovely walk alongside and a couple of minutes walk into the town centre. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

We booked for a week and discovered for the first time in my life that you have to ask for the room to be cleaned every day. They don't clean every day, they don't make the beds, they don't take away your cups.

Great location by the riverside and close to town, parking is opposite the hotel in a multi-storey car park with only 1 lift working!Initial room had a broken TV but eventually we were moved rooms.Enough complementary tea and coffee for one cup only!Stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping visit at all?I appreciate it?s a budget hotel but its lack of attention to detail is disappointing with air B&B and other hotels available I will be trying another company for my next visit!

Parking across the road, with discount. Hotel 5min walk. Hotel is standard quality for Premier Inn. Clean, tidy. Lovely breakfast.

Payed over the going rate for a room with no electric, dirty sheets and very rude staff...the homeless nightshelter would have been a better choice. I really feel like I'm reading payed for ads in these high star reviews
