Booked a Premier Plus room, just a few quid more than a standard room, well worth the extra pennies. Rainfall shower, fancy coffee machine, free wi-fi. 2 little chocolate bars. At the moment (July 2025) there's some building work going on, so parking is a tiny bit compromised. The lady who was on reception in the evening when we checked in was just delightful and absolutely charming

Good accommodation let them self's down by not doing room service over our two day stay. Not towels etc just bins and tea making facilities were not emptied or refilled. Apart from that a really nice place.

Shocking rooms sleeping on a rock is more comfortable than there pillows shower was horrible full of lime scale curtains were like Swiss cheese and mould round the bath

Arrived late in the day to stay at this site. Holidaying from Australia, I was having lots of trouble with the Premier Inn online booking process, as for some reason it wouldn't accept a postcode from abroad.
When we arrived at reception, the team member Dawn was more than happy to assist, and successfully helped us to make our online booking. Reserved a table at dinner and breakfast for us too! Outstanding customer service! You made us feel so welcome.

A great place just out of any busy areas. The room was clean and my sleep was beautiful! Massive issue with the free wi-fi as it kept dropping out. Also, a lot of noise coming from the air conditioning at times. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Very poor experience with stingy towel service. Stingy with pillows when we had accessible needs.
Dried excrement on carpet from the bathroom. It was not a coffee stain. Don't let a room in that state. Shame on you for trying to convince me otherwise. Won't stay there again.

Very tidy rooms. Nice and quiet. I was happy include dinner and breakfast in my bill because it saved me about £20 in total on my meal. I would recommend this place to stay.

Large room, quiet with the usual decent nights sleep you'd expect. The pub over the road is used as the restaurant.
My aircon wasn't working so it was uncomfortable until it got darker outside, it was promptly fixed once reported.

so i called the hotel to ask a simple question about the room and the girl who awnser in reception was so so so rude gendered like she didn?t care at all and had a really bad attitude i don?t think this is acceptable for there company and hotel this needs to be changed and the girl needs to go!!!
