Great for a one night stop off. Handy being next door to a beefeater as well.

Not up to the standard of the usual Premier Inns, very disappointing.Hotel was grubby and dated. The carpets smelled of damp throughout and the room had a distinctive damp smell. Some fixtures in the room/bathroom were dirty or in need of replacing. I usually love a premier inn bed and although the bedding was clean, the bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. No plug socket by bed. We had an evening meal in the attached restaurant and my partners meal was very poor quality. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. But would definitely not stay here again.

Issues claiming refund on double booked room in error as names weren't loaded correctly on Premier Inn's side (so they have no name), who are now refusing to help despite having reference number and paying from credit card. Will be pursuing further if no response. Very unprofessional

Fantastic stay here. Beds were comfy, room was spotless and staff were very helpful. Lovely setting by the lake and marina too.

Bath is low with rails but could cause problems for some people. Slightly older premier inn but still ok. Could do with a bit of updating compared to some modern ones. Beefeater has good food but again needs attention in some areas.

Typical of most Premier Inn, it was clean, tidy easy to find and with a bar restaurant next door.

The staff in this hotel are fabulous. Our room was lovely but dropped stars as it was supposed to be a family room but it was same size as my parents double room but with extra beds so quite a tight fit. My reason for low scores are that I have been waiting almost three months for a refund. The hotel have processed it but Premier Inn Head Office have not put it through yet. Breakfast was not greatNearby activities: There is a large beer garden which is enclosed and has a kids play area which would be great on a nice day to have a few beers and keep the kids happy. There is also a lovely walk along the riverFood & drinks: Very good selection of food and alcoholic beverages

Toilet not flushed, dirty and damaged furniture. Even found a screw cap from a tube of cream in the bed. It is supposed to have WiFi, but this doesn't work. The worst place I have ever stayed anywhere. Two of us and we get one towel a proper dump. I think I would have been better off sleeping in my car.Rooms: Dirty, damaged and smellyNoteworthy details: Don't come here, it's a proper dump

Do not usually write comments .But my stay at the Premier Inn on the 09:11:2023 was the worst stay l have had.1-Hotel looks tired2- You could smell the dampness as you walked down the corridor to the room.3-The extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a electric drill.4-You could hear the people walking about the room above. The Premiere Inn promised a good night sleep or your money back.I am still waiting for a reply to a email I sent a month ago.

Ground floor room, which is suitable for people in a wheelchair or disability as both the room and bathroom where quite large. There was a sliding door to access the bathroom, a low level bath and bed and grab rails down the whole length of the bath with a shower above and shower curtain. On the whole, we were happy with our room, even though it felt a bit dated. The room did have a strong musty smell but as the weather was warm on the weekend we stayed we were able to keep our window open which did eliminate this but once you closed it the smell did come back and you could smell it outside our room when we were walking up to it in the corridor. The hotel is right by the marina which is lovely to walk around very peaceful, also quite countryfied as well as very early in the morning there where rabbits outside our window running around the car park. Not far from the town of Bedford, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. There is a Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel, you can have a full, all you can eat breakfast. You have to let your waitress know which items you want. Choice of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, you choose how much or little you want. You help yourself to tea & coffee, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit, cake. Also had our evening meal there as well, we half roast chicken and my partner had fish & chips. Both meals were a decent size cooked fresh and nice and hot. Waitresses were all friendly and made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again but perhaps in a different room.

Rooms are tired and old. The bed my daughter had was all springs so she had to swap with my other daughter and we had her in with us. Not ideal. The duvet cover had a suspicious stain on it too, hoping it was just coffee! We didn't complain as we had already got there 3 hours late and just wanted to sleep. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Veggie sausages were pale and unappealing but otherwise good! Lots of food available.
