“Great forklift driver team does know what there doing...however signage for the business is very poor when delivering and unclear from the road as driving off the roundabout you have to stop the traffic to read the signs, which tell you in small letters to use the Electrical store entrance to gain access to the rear of the building to deliver, and keep your eyes open for a yellow sign at head height hidden behind other vehicles...miss it and you have to go round the one way again...”

A lovely lady went the extra mile for me to find a suitable box ? for my laptop as the ones they sell typically are square, I needed a rectangular wide box for my laptop. The employee searched for a few minutes in the storage area to find an ideal box for my laptop. She even wrapped it in bubble wrap for me and duct taped it all together.Very good, fast and professional service.”

“I visit this shop very regularly both for the shop and the PO and have never known them be anything else but helpful and friendly .They also take trouble to get in products they know locals want when they can and give advice about postage matters when necessary.NB THis comment is now out of date as the PO has recently changed hands and this referred to the previous owners though I have no reason to think the new owners won't be as good. Let's hope so!”

There was an issue with their label printer today and they went above and beyond to help me out so I could get my parcels sent out on time. I see bad reviews here which I find unfair - if there are problems with Royal Mail in general it isn’t the fault of the staff at the delivery office… they are just doing their jobs! Such a great local service ☺️”
