Worst groom my dog has ever had, my usual groomer wasn?t available so booked him in here. Worst decision. Left bald patches on his head and clip was uneven and did not look great at all. £52 is also very expensive. Will never be taking may dog back here again

Disabled parking, accessible entrance, and the aisles I used were wide enough for wheelchairs.
Not enough product diversity for different pets in my opinion, the store seemed at least half for dog products, if not 3 quarters. A few aisles for cats, then all other small animal products felt lumped together. I will say I did not go around the entire store however, so my assessment may be off. I'll have a more thorough look next time I go and edit this.

The shop is ok if they can be bothered to stock the shelves, the staff are mostly friendly. The only problem at the moment is the parking at the Interchange Retail Park. They are building new units, thus is as we are approaching the busiest retail time of the year and only half the car park is available ? crazy ?
