Tried to order a pizza by phone but the girl who picked up the phone was so incompetent, very poor English so asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the manager and no one else was there to take an order. Had to hang up and order from somewhere else.

MAN I loved Papa John, that guy knows his stuff. BETTER INGREDIENTS DO MAKE BETTER PIZZA.
Sadly the pizzas here took a nosedive, i dont know exactly when but the pizza i ordered semi recently sucks. It resembled the mediocre pizza you get at cheap indian takeaway joints. What sucks is that the taste itself is mostly the same as before but the cooking and pizza making is just so mediocre now. I am not even asking for authentic NY style or Romana, just the good ol pizza of john.
What happened to the expert stretching? papa john you need to train these guys asap?

Definitely one to avoid. Had no trouble at any other papa johns before, but this one is bad. I like the bacon and cheese loaded potato tots, but when you get them here there is practically no cheese or bacon. Same with the pizza, very sparing on the toppings. Not only that, but I have had a bad stomach every time ordering from here, and again never had a problem at other locations. Papa johns need to close this place down and investigate, because it isn't just me reporting this issue here.

Just ordered pizza from there with my girlfriend. It was one of the best pizzas I had in Bedford. Very good price. Lady that served us seem so happy and welcoming. Top customer service. 100% visiting again.

There?s a lady working at papa johns
She so rude and act like they have put the problem in the world on her soul
She so evil and rude. She looks drunk her eye was almost touching the ground when she was insulting her mother
I believe she?s still working there because it a family business or something cos the other staff were there when she was rude to me and never said a word. I told her to be quiet and she said no
Then when I started dishing out the same food she made, they all came out and started saying we should stop
Why did no one came out to say she should stop when she started? Bunch of losers.!! I tried to complain to the manager and she says she?s the manager smh I pray that business runs down cos evil people like her shouldn?t be seen in a public place like that trying to bully customers

Customer service is a joke !
Ordered a pizza at 7:44pm still no delivery at 10:30pm. Phoned the branch and the arrogant woman dint even said sorry for the massive delay. She was also making a fuss about a refund. Very unprofessional and shouldn?t be in customer service role.

Placed ordered at 18:30 waited for 1 hour no pizza delivered, spoke to store and requested eta and advised its weekend what do you expect, no apologises just rude customer services. requested to cancel order, employee put the phone down.

Food was great . Very big portion sizes. Lovely customer service we had Priya what a legend. Very good. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and small pepperoni and pineapple pizza and it came in a jiffy. Looked like we were the first customers both pizzas combined prices were £12. Thank you Priya for your lovely service. Hope you get an award for employee of the month. If not I will personally give her one myself. Thanks again Priya
