just want to say thank you to the girls in the bedford pandora shop for a great experience today. i went in unsure what i wanted but the girls in there helped me from the moment i walked in and showed me so many lovely options for my daughters 18th.

I went into my local store just after Christmas and had the best experience in the Bedford Pandora Store and i just wanted to express my appreciation to Emillie who served me. She was so incredibly patient with me, helping me find the perfect present for my mother. She was the kindest sales lady i have ever had the pleasure of being served by. She had so much knowledge and knew the answer to every question i had, she is clearly very passionate about her job and the Pandora brand, and it shows! I have been in to many other Pandora stores and other stores in general and have never had such a lovely, memorable experience. The little things count so much more than you realize- being properly listened to, asking me how my day was- i haven't been asked this in a long time so thank you Emillie.

Good afternoon,
I went into the Bedford store today as i had a couple of gift cards to spend from Christmas and i would like to compliment the lovely lady that served me, her name is Emillie and she was so incredibly patient with me and really helped me find what i was looking for. I went in looking for a ring and was shown all the amazing ways to style it and was introduced to 'stacking rings' which i had no idea about!! I am so in love with my new rings, thank you so so much, you have great knowledge of the products you sell and are clearly passionate about your job and the product- i have not seen such dedication from a sales person in a number of years so thank you for an amazing experience, i will be back soon!

I went into the Bedford shop for the first time last week and wanted to express how happy i felt with the service i experienced. I did not catch the name of the ladies who served me but they really helped me find the best present for my partner and had great knowledge of the products, i also spoke to another staff member who also talked through how the products are made- the team are obviously passionate and love the products they sell- and it shows. I have purchased from other Pandora stores in the past but have never been told so much about the products i have bought so thank you to the Bedford team for explaining everything to me. Thank you!

Was served today by a lovely young lady called Charlotte. She was incredibly helpful and friendly with an exchange especially with someone who is quite anxious like myself. She also gave me information on my Pandora account points and discounts :)

Such a lovely atmosphere from the second i stepped into the Bedford store this weekend. The team were all very busy but they made sure everyone waiting had been noticed!
When i was served, the service was so good considering the team must have been on the go all day!
