Went in to rectify a DIY painters poor work and having no knowledge myself only asked a what I thought was a simple question as to how to fix however I was talked through in supreme detail how to rectify my problem, what materials I would need, mark literally spent over an hour with me accommodating all the questions I had, which were many. ALSO offered to potentially come over to my house if I was struggling to give me further advice. This gent even helped me with products to my car.
