I was just trying to get some sweets when a worker says ? come on guys. How long does it take to pick a bar of chocolate.? He says this because they do not have enough staff to watch how many people are coming in so he rushes me to get my sweets. Terrible customer service.

It's just a normal local convenience store... the workers are okay and friendly, but sometimes it is expensive, but that's what to expect it's nearby and convenient, though.

Today 24-01-2024, I had a really disappointing experience at the One Stop Shop in Avon Drive, Bedford. Manager Kacie Brooke was unprofessional and rude when I tried to address an overcharge on three items. Her lack of proficiency with the tills, disrespectful behaviour towards me and her colleague, and failure to refund back to my card payment method left me dissatisfied. The absence of basic courtesies like "please" and "thank you" further added to the unpleasant encounter. Unfortunately, Ms. Brooke accused me of rudeness, making the overall experience quite frustrating.

Very is a lot of products and a lot of trending things for the little kids of today's generation prices I feel like could be lowered and aisles are very slim staff are not very friendly neither professional but I can still handle this shop being my pop in to get bits and bobs

First time went to post an item using this shop but quite unpleasant experience. Two stars for opening in unsociable hours but not customer experience. Wouldn?t use it again.
