It was ok. Polite gentleman served me at the counter as I was returning a pair of boots. Very quick.
New look is definitely nice to have a browse without feeling crowded at all.

Love New Look Bedford, Good quality clothing, sadly today browsing round store, nearly lost my balance as wet patch on floor, went straight to the staff on till and informed them , accident waiting to happen, carried on shopping for another 15 minutes, brought item , 20 mins past, still no clean up or sign put on wet patch... Understand till staff busy...Ring bell informed another assistant as l was concerned someone could slip and have bad accident, lovely staff but!!!!!!!!.

Fantastic customer service!
I needed to make an online return and went into the Bedford store, at the till I was helped by Syeda - who was great. She explained the process and was so helpful. I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO.
I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres. Thank you Syeda and Debbie and to New Look for remaining in Bedford town centre. Great retail experience and retailer!

It was my first time in town after having a baby I was very tired and just needed to make a return. I needed help with the return because I had no service in the store and couldn?t access my email to do the ridiculous ?scan the QR code and dump your parcel into the box yourself? I asked the staff member for help whose tone was quite honestly patronising and rude. She did decide to help me after a bit of push back, all whilst she made sure to let me know she wouldn?t be doing it again and that the email does tell me I need to return it myself at the self service return box. I honestly did not see that? if it was so obvious why is the email full of return QR codes to scan? Honestly what is the world coming to that you can?t go up to a staff member in a shop to do a return. Pathetic. Won?t be shopping in the store again.

Went to do a return today and omg customer service was non existent miserable rude staff standing around don?t want to help was told it?s the customer job to do the return no help don?t want to buy from here again no wonder the store is empty of customers would rather buy from independent boutiques on tok tok who actually care about their customers
