It was ok. Polite gentleman served me at the counter as I was returning a pair of boots. Very quick. New look is definitely nice to have a browse without feeling crowded at all.

Love New Look Bedford, Good quality clothing, sadly today browsing round store, nearly lost my balance as wet patch on floor, went straight to the staff on till and informed them , accident waiting to happen, carried on shopping for another 15 minutes, brought item , 20 mins past, still no clean up or sign put on wet patch...... read full comment
