Not a huge review guy! However, unplanned business trip from Newcastle. Checked into the hotel next door. Of course, with how late I was the restaurant was closed. Too tired find a nice steakhouse I went into Nandos next door, I don't believe I've even had a Nandos before. Long story short the waitress Amelie was so nice and helpful I had to ask her name to leave a review. Thank you! (Food was lovely too!)

Ordered food to take away on Saturday just gone, came home to find hairs in my humus. Disgusting.

Such a shame to have to write a bad review. We popped into Nandos for a quick bite to eat before heading out for evening but I wish I hadn't of bothered.
"Nandos, you don't have to overcook the chicken to within an inch of its life, chicken can be juicy and cooked"
Other than that, service was OK, location is great.

Bog standard food nothing to write home about. The only toilet in use was the disabled toilet other toilets locked.

My wife was insistent that we eat at Nando?s while visiting London. I didn?t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The ordering system was easy, you order and pay from your phone and then the food gets delivered to your table. We both got vegetarian options and thoroughly enjoyed them. The mac and cheese was especially good but the corn was just ok.

Disappointing! Worst service ever! Seated at a table that was too small for 5 people. Had to ask twice to change tables and they barely agreed. Second table and chairs were dirty, We had to clean them ourselves. No bother whatsoever from their end to help when saw us doing so.All servers were in another world, felt like they were all stoned,their response time was so slow. Had starters delivered before the drinks , usually food takes longer to cook rather than grabbing bottles and glasses from shelves. Burger bun was so hard it felt like it was left out to dry for a day. Shocking, never had such a bad experience in a Nando's before.

Starters were brought once we hit button to order. The mains took sometime but its cool knowing we ordered for Saturday dinner(peak time) the rainbow slaw looked appalling ( looked dry like it been sitting for days) and no seeds on top, we brought the salad back and she said she sent the slaw like that because she has no seeds, then the waiter( chubby lad) apologised and said he knows there are some at the back so he brought the bowl with seeds back and apologized 2nd time. There were ONLY 2 staff who were smilling the rest seemed like they are in funeral, miserable like they don't even want to be there!

Absolutely amazing little gem in the heart of Bedford ??perfect location with big windows over looking the river Ouse.The food was fantastic, celebrated my partners birthday and the staff came out with a candle sing happy birthday to him.Eliza the manager was making sure we are comfortable and had time to chat to us.Lila took plates and checked on us if we ok. Great customer service very polite staff. Fantastic atmosphere. Thank you.We will be back. Thank you. ??Dietary restrictions: Cater for everything. ??Kid-friendliness: Absolutely great with kids ??Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the street, enough room to maneuver around. Helpful staff.
