Lovely people, when selling you something but wow, what a change when something goes wrong. I had to fight for over three weeks to get a refund on a £400+ suit that literally came apart at the seams after being worn for less than a day. Absolutely awful. Refuse to abide by the Consumer Rights Act because it doesn't fit with their policy and procedures. No honesty nor understanding of the law. They'll try to tell you you're getting a better quality for more money. I'd have more trust in a market trader. They need to improve & retrain their staff; or likely go bust. I'll not return, and I expect others will conclude the same.

Although I couldn't find anything that would suit me as I'm tall and have long arms. The service I received from the staff was very nice and helpful. Big choice of quality suits

Top-notch Customer service! The amazing duo, Vincenza and Hannah go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed, organised and happy with your entire experience. I purchased 6 suits for my wedding from Moss Bros Bedford and it's because of their attentiveness and kindness that I walked away a very happy customer. Couldn't recommend them more!

Went to both here and the store in MK today, difference was night and day with the Bedford store being a very good experience. Hannah was clearly very busy with a group however still made time to assist me and offer suggestions. I imagine if she was able to give full attention it would have been even better. Definitely recommend from what I've seen today.

Excellent service provided, the store manager was extremely helpful, guiding me through my 'tailor me' suit for an occassion i had coming up. She showed her experience and expert knowledge of the job to make sure I left Moss Bros a happy customer.

Disgraceful branch manager, incredibly rude, after being promised next day delivery for an event I had to travel to, it never turned up, I was told it was my fault as I should have planned better, and they would never have told me it would turn up the next day, she is a total disgrace to being a branch manager, talks over you, say her piece & walks away from you, totally unacceptable, she certainly needs retraining.I complained to their customer service, they said the area manager would call me, over a month later ......... nothing, says it all.Moss Bross - Dross, DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.

Was served by someone really helpful and pleasant person but her good efforts went south when her supervisor or boss showed zero understanding to an issue I had.Extremely disappointing after spending almost £400 there.

Terrible management, other staff were lovely but the manager was out of line with rudeness. I suggest she may need a higher up come to shop and see how she operates. I wish I could say more but it would just make me more angry then I already am.

I started to write about my experience of this store but life is to short.All i will say is avoid, spend your money else where the customer service is shocking and don't get me started on the manger,and when it comes to refunds a handling charge is taken.JUST AVOID BIG TIME. I had to give one star but really wanted to give -5.

Usual helpful service you would expect from an old established company !! A little more expensive than can be acquired !!! But remember you only get what you are prepared to pay for.
