Excellent experience at Moss Bros Bedford for my wedding suit hire - exceeded my expectations! Morgan provided outstanding service - she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire fitting process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was transparent from the start, and they had a great selection of suits and colors to choose from. I originally planned to hire a suit, but was so impressed with both the quality and service that I decided to purchase instead. Really appreciate Morgan?s expertise and how easy she made everything. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service I received from Georgia at Moss Bedford who was super patient and helpful while I tried on various suits, shirts, shoes, belts, ..., the whole lot! Thanks to her help, I found everything I was looking for in that one visit, and collected everything new a week later (though was ready for collection within days). Thanks so much!

The people working there seem pleasant.
I booked a fitting for a suit for an event. After confirming by email and by phone, I arrived to be told I was hiring (I had already clarified I was purchasing).
I was repeatedly encouraged to hire, and shown two options. I didn?t feel listened to and when I asked questions was told ?no, I don?t think so? but not really why. I very much felt they had decided to hire a certain suit to me and that was that.
Then they started to add extras - a courier because a week is not sufficient notice, extra because I couldn?t get it back within two days.
I said I needed to think about it because it all seemed so fast to have decided this within seven minutes of walking in, so could they measure me and I?d consult with my partner and call in.
I was told that they can?t take payment over the phone, need payment in full, and that I couldn?t book then change my mind.
Having decided I felt pressured into hiring at over £200 so quickly I decided to leave. On the way to my car I received a phone call suggesting that all the policies above about payment now didn?t apply. But deciding on such policies on the spot (or worse: not knowing them) is not a way to build trust. So I am purchasing from elsewhere.

Spectacular Service from Moss Bros Bedford ? Thank You Dilip!
Picture this: my fiancé and I in full-on panic mode. The suit he ordered from another place didn?t fit at all, and with our wedding just a month away, we were completely lost on what to do. We have no clue when it comes to suits, how they should fit or what styles go with what. Also, my partner's build isn?t your average off-the-rack size, and we needed to find a suit fast?and not just any suit, but THE suit for our big day.
We booked an appointment for the very next morning and arrived at Moss Bros Bedford feeling stressed and overwhelmed. That?s when we met Dilip and Morgan, and honestly, they turned our entire day around.
From the moment we walked in, we received first-class service. Dilip was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He instantly put us at ease and guided us through the process with such care, making sure we understood our options. Morgan was also fantastic, jumping in to offer her insight at just the right moments. What stood out to us was how they truly listened, so patient and never pushy. They made it clear the final decision was always ours, but they were there with helpful advice when we needed it most.
There was never any rush, we felt like we had all the time in the world. What started out as a stressful situation turned into one of the most enjoyable parts of our wedding prep. We had so much fun picking the suit together, and the atmosphere in the store was calm, welcoming, and relaxed. We also got the suit tailored to fit my partner perfectly.
We walked in anxious and unsure? and left smiling, confident, and genuinely excited.
Dilip, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us phenomenal service and made this experience incredibly special. We?ll never forget it. I would 100% recommend Moss Bros Bedford?and especially Dilip?to any groom or couple looking for the perfect suit for a big occasion.

Vincenza made my shopping experience at Moss absolutely spectacular, She's an absolute star and massive credit to the company. She helped me pick out a perfect suit with all the matching accessories, which left me looking a million bucks, I can't stress enough how much she added to my experience and I'll have to end up coming back to the Bedford branch to buy my next suit due to her expert knowledge in fashion. 10/10 would recommend buying at this particular branch! Lovely people, when selling you something but wow, what a change when something goes wrong. I had to fight for over three weeks to get a refund on a £400+ suit that literally came apart at the seams after being worn for less than a day. Absolutely awful. Refuse to abide by the Consumer Rights Act because it doesn't fit with their policy and procedures. No honesty nor understanding of the law. They'll try to tell you you're getting a better quality for more money. I'd have more trust in a market trader. They need to improve & retrain their staff; or likely go bust. I'll not return, and I expect others will conclude the same.

Top-notch Customer service! The amazing duo, Vincenza and Hannah go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed, organised and happy with your entire experience. I purchased 6 suits for my wedding from Moss Bros Bedford and it's because of their attentiveness and kindness that I walked away a very happy customer. Couldn't recommend them more!

Went to both here and the store in MK today, difference was night and day with the Bedford store being a very good experience. Hannah was clearly very busy with a group however still made time to assist me and offer suggestions. I imagine if she was able to give full attention it would have been even better. Definitely recommend from what I've seen today.
