Incorrect execution of special offer pricing in store (item charged at normal price). Whilst this could easily have been rectified, the store manager (Ryan Spendlove) did not bother to respond and therefore I can only assume that good customer service is not deemed a priority in this store.

People keep saying the store is always well stocked but somehow I?m always missing items on my delivery or something inconveniently goes out of stock, every time I order my groceries and why does it always take ages to get things delivered?

Great place to come! We visited the butchers at Morrisons and were really impressed. The manager was absolutely amazing ? friendly, approachable, and went out of her way to make sure we got exactly the cuts of meat we wanted. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
The quality of the meat here is miles better than other supermarkets ? fresh, great selection, and excellent value for money. Prices are fair and the service makes all the difference.
Highly recommend visiting the butchers at Morrisons if you?re after quality meat and fantastic customer service. We?ll definitely be back again!

Someone keeps dropping the ball on click and collect.
A few times now I've been on time for my order and sat waiting in the bay with no way of checking in via the app (or email). Meaning I have to go inside the store to alert them to me waiting. But they always say the same thing... "just wait for the email and then check in".
Why does this keep happening? Why have you removed the phone number? And why can't you keep up with your orders consistently? If you're short staffed or running late or whatever the reason is, please be more accountable.

Easy access clean & bright plenty of parking. Plenty of disabled parking also Mother and baby parking.

Big store with plenty of parking good fresh veg and fruit also the best hot deli out of the main supermarkets, Cafe great value with unlimited hot drinks.
