This McDonald?s restraunt was very busy, the waiting times were around 15 - 30 minutes for a cheeseburger fries and a Diet Coke. The place was mildly dirty with the upstairs seating closed off.

Nice food, quick and easy. Service is really friendly too. I was served by two beautiful girls, one Asian girl with long straight hair took my payment and a black girl with shortish hair gave me my order - both so lovely and smiley!

One star review for this disappointing experience! After waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru with only two cars ahead, I politely asked for a free order of fries due to the long wait. The response from the staff, especially the manager, was rude and unprofessional. As someone familiar with the fast-food industry, I know the wait time was excessive for a simple order. The customer service was disrespectful, lacked understanding and it was infuriating to see staff chatting to their friends and holding up the queue. To top it off, my order was also incorrect, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets no 16 badly over cooked nuggets. I won't be returning to any McDonald's in the future, as their service and quality control are both lacking. Trying to lodge a complaint on their website was also a frustrating experience. This unit in particular should improve its service before opening its doors to customers with such adolescent, grumpy and incompetent management. An absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish. Never again!

Delivery driver took the food out of his boot, straight away I could feel how cold the bag was. The 2 meals were stone cold, dry and tasteless. Not sure it would have been any better if it had been hot. We had the new grand macs , absolutely rubbish food patties like rounds of cardboard dry and inedible, as was the chip s. To top it off none of the four dips I had paid for. Never again will I use this MacDonalds.

Went for breakfast last week at the McDonalds near Topps tiles Bedford. Waited 20 mins for my order and it was not busy so no excuse there. All the staff were under 20 years old with no older person/ Manager around . Staff need training as it looked like they were in a right mess. Is it that hard? Will not be going to that branch again.

This is last time, I can't remember how many times you wait for ages only to find they have missed parts of the order (this time only 2 out of 3 burgers in the bag!), and the food looks awful and is tasteless! We're going to try local independents from now on.

I enjoyed my Big Mac but with these, the rolls always collapse and ruin the experience.Personally I think they are the wrong buns.\\nFurther to that my son loves McDonald's more than other places

How/why McDonald's allows this franchise to continue is a mystery. Glacially slow - we were stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes yesterday - and the food is often delivered cold. Portions are often undersized (fries half filled, in particular) and more often than not you have to correct an error (usually a missing item). The owner seems a nice chap (understandably harassed, given the level of customer dissatisfaction) but many of his staff are horribly rude - really a Fawlty Towers level of service (again, this may well be a case of young people reacting to a constant barrage of customer complaints). I like McDonald's but this one is uniquely, consistently terrible, and McDonald's really needs to step in and sort it.

Cold fries? Cold fries??? What's that all about?!\\nTook the fries back to the counter and was offered a replacement - from exactly the same batch - with the member of staff saying that if they were still cold she would put a fresh batch on. Well surprise surprise, guess what? They were cold!\\n\\nAdmittedly she did give us 2 portions of large fries, instead of medium ones, and apologised for the temperature of the fries, however by the time I got back to the car my burger was cold.....\\n\\nDon't put up with sub-standard food even if it is a fast food restaurant, they will soon up their game if they keep wasting food and it hitting their profit margins. After all it is what they're supposed to specialise in - if they don't get it right it's your right to have it corrected!

Disappointed in how McDonald's is run nowadays. We decided to eat in \\u0026 ordered 2 Big Mac meals. When it was ready I went to the counter to collect it. We started eating \\u0026 realised the burgers were luke warm, I went back to the counter \\u0026 they replaced both burgers with hot ones. This should have never happened, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I've lost faith in McDonald's overall. They need to think of a way of how to keep the food hot, until they have all the meal ready to come out to the customer.

Poor, ordered and collected in store, but they failed to include all the items. We didn't notice until we got home, went back to connect missing items and not even an apology. We did get free McFlurries though.

Food arrives from an uber order and in the sealed bag comes this. . .\\nAlong with NO straws NO sauces for the cheesy bites meal.\\nUsed to be pretty good at getting orders right but lately have been shocking.\\nI really hope they fix the quality issues.

Long wait and the food was cold when arrived. Also my big tasty had only 1 slice of tomato and the other burger wasn?t looking good. The restaurant feels dirty. Would not recommend this location.
