The managers daughter is a horrible little brat I would not recommend coming in the evenings Monday-Sunday. I come in and she?s yelling on the phone in a different language and I?m presuming it?s Indian and the lovely boy was respectful and nothing like her. I had come in and she was on the phone yelling and the young man came to the till to serve me. I came in last week in the afternoon with my son and she was yelling at the girl who works there and she was also yelling at the manager who I am presuming is her mum?. I live in Bedford Road near the Royal Oak so the morrisons is close to me and now I?m being forced to shop elsewhere.. her name is ogreooj I think and she needs to learn some manners. I?m not happy with this service at all

I have been living in this country for over 20 odd years and I never came across such a rude person service. The young lady, who works here for a couple of years now(I am very surprised she actually still has customer service employment ) never says thank you, hello, or anything to make you feel welcome. I only use this shop on Sundays afternoon when our local Coop is closed or when I need to send a Yodel parcel and my experience is always the same. I hate to be served by this person.I always feel like an intruder . On many occasions when the queue is there she just can?t be bother to come and serve, doing other tasks ignoring customers. On another occasion she would be talking on the phone while serving customers. Absolutely disgusting. No manners whatsoever. I never have written any reviews , but this one I tried to ignore and couldn?t stop myself after another terrible experience.

Moody woman who sits on the floor yells at customers shouts down the phone in another language made fun of my friends mums cancer told me to shut up and get out of the store bc I underplayed by 5 p refused to serve my friends multiple times before and is a very unfriendly person everyone round the village can admit she?s a moody person if I could give a 0 I would terrible customer services accused a friend of stealing and SOMTIMES Is fine and other times a very angry person 0/10 customer support

Didn?t stock something I needed and Sumita noticed me about to walk out empty handed and I said I was after some string, so she went out the back and got me some they use to tie the news papers with.
