Be cautious with this letting agent. I was unfairly charged for cleaning and issues that were already present when I moved in?and had also been reported by the previous tenant. Despite the complaints, no action was taken, and I was held responsible again. If you have no choice but renting through them, make sure to document everything thoroughly at check-in and ask for advice from previous tenants.

I just want to say that when we had problem with our washing machine, it got replaced from the landlord. Tera Miah liased with the landlord and sorted this for us! Many thanks!
Also, we had the internet installation and we asked the agency before making any holes in the wall. I reached the agency and Cara Beckford was kind enough and promptly responded that we can proceed. Thank you very much!
