I've been to this salon 3 or 4 times now and every time it exceeded expectations. The girls are so friendly, bringing snacks and drinks and making you comfortable, and the salon itself is spotless with beautiful decor. The booking process is easy, I don't think the prices are unreasonable at all, and you get what you pay for. I always leave feeling extremely happy with my hair, because they truly listen to what you ask for... I have actually recommended to my friends. Don't listen to those negative Google reviews!!

Thought second time lucky. BUT I WAS SO WRONG. Booked my 15 year old sister in for a haircut. She went in and they refused to cut her hair simply because they ?didn?t have the time? to do it. At the time of booking surely you should be clarifying what you can and can?t do?! Instead of wasting peoples times!!!!! What the hell did you have time for then?! I?m actually so confused!! She left the store crying, which is why I don?t regret my language used over the phone. Do better!! Honestly, never again.Service: Kids' cuts

First visit to the salon and had my first balayage done by Elle.. I have always found stepping into a salon very nerve-racking, but I experienced great service from Elle from start to finish, very attentive and supportive.. She worked her magic and the end product was fantastic!All of the team I interacted with were friendly, and I can't fault any of it ?

I went recently for my first appointment after wanting to find a different hairdressers that was a little closer to me. A very well put together salon, kind people and very pleased with the little snacks they gave me with my water. Very happy with my haircut, will be back again.

Brought my teenage daughter Madison to the salon for a restyle and she absolutely loved her experience. Literally went above and beyond!Walked in there nearly in tears after just having left another hair salon looking like an absolute mess. Not only did they squeeze me in right there an then, they also managed to fix my hair and make me leave beyond satisfied! My hair is in the best condition its ever been and looks the best it ever has! No one has ever really known what to do with my very thick hair and lots of it until i met Maria! Ive only lived in Bedford for 18 months and have had some really disaster haircuts with other salons that left me not wanting to leave my house but i have never left Maria grazia feeling anything but i finally have amazing hair and im getting so many comments on the amazing colour transformation.Would never let anyone else touch it now so please maria never retire?Services: Shampoo & conditioning
