Horrible customer service is unacceptable. I hope they improve their performance or close down.

Awful trying to get through Waited and waited and finally got through after 12 mins to then be put to a different dept who didn't answer

I met a nice lady who helped me use the paying in machine as I had difficulty she was very chatty and it was nice to chat It was a nice experience visiting today
