“M&S retail park branch always deserves 5 stars for customer service! Leaving this review to highlight how the staff member (Lisa) on the self serve till looked miserable, cutting her eyes at me when I simply asked for a bag. It was all too much effort for her to assist me & she was rather rude & unfriendly, training required.”

Didn’t stock something I needed and Sumita noticed me about to walk out empty handed and I said I was after some string, so she went out the back and got me some they use to tie the news papers with.

“A few years back I used to hate coming to this shop. The staff were so miserable all the time. Having just moved back to Shortstown recently I was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely nice all the staff were.Other than that, it's a shop. It's clean, tidy, and you can buy stuff there.”
