This morning, I had a Swedish massage with Amadeep, it was amazing, more than amazing. When I finished, I felt so sleepy, it took me ten minutes to get myself together but in a good way ? My body felt very light, Amadeep worked on all my tense spots especially my back. I am very grateful and will return. Great place and great massageAmadeep is friendly and very efficient ?

Workers are unprofessional, speaking in their language in front of customers. They need to understand that they are working in uk and start to speak English in the workplace and speak their language in their break time or in their home but not in the workplace. It?s really uncomfortable to listen to bla bla bla when you are a customer not understanding what they are saying really horrible

I booked in for a wax after noticing how professional and considerate Navdeep appeared to be to a fellow client who had just been in for a wax.I wasn?t disappointed when I booked in as Navdeep was very professional throughout. Giving tips and advice whilst also ensuring I felt relaxed and at ease.I would definitely recommend her for a wax and will be returning in the futureThanks, Zara

The 1st time I came here they over charged me £12, I rarely go into the centre and let it go as an accident. The 2nd time was worse. The woman ruined my eyebrows!!!!, who goes for a wax and then has to come home and wax, to fix the shops bad work..she was very rough like her material to pull off the wax, as she wasn't paying attention the sharp edge kept stabbing my eye area. if the shop focused on the customers instead of laughing with each other.. maybe they could provide a good service. Also speaking in a language customers can't understand is rude. I'm very disappointed with the service and the staff... bad staff!!!

I visited Krina beauty for a hot wax, facial and manicure & pedicure on the 23rd of December. The staff were all friendly and nice, and I enjoyed the treatment.. However, I am giving three stars because of the following reason.I started off with the facial and noticed that the lady who gave me the facial treatment had a bad cough. There was a point she coughed so badly her colleague had to ask if she was alright, and took some water to give her. She kept coughing and apologising, bless her. However with such close proximity, she coughed many times into her hands and then continued rubbing my face. 2 days later, on Christmas day, I developed a terrible cough which no doubt must have been passed from her. I wonder how many customers have been exposed to the cough/virus just like I was.Krina beauty, if your staff are ill, please let them stay off work and away from customers rather than risking them infecting customers. Many people have vulnerable family members that can't be exposed.Edit - within less than a week, the fel nail polish was peeling off. I and a vulnerable family member are still really ill.

The worst experience ever. Went there today for gel polish. The way they remove old gel polish was unbelievable. They have completely damaged my natural nails. After that there was no chance I wanted them to do gel polish anymore,so I said I?ll just have old gel polish removed and thats it. Then went to pay and they asked for £12,but earlier they said its £10. When I asked why is it not £10,the reply I got they charge extra £2 for something I couldn?t understand. However,my sister for the same gel polish removal was charged £10 with no extra £2. They all have no clue how much they should charge. This place should be closed. Do not go there at any cost.

I have been having my hot wax done a few times now. Navdeep has been the one doing it for me. She is warmly and welcoming. Very professional at what she does and makes you feel comfortable. I always prebook my next appointment making sure she will be the one doing. Loved the service she gives as she gives it 100%.
