Such a great experience for myself & my doggo. Kelly & Kim were very professional in communication & very patient with my collie. They removed an astounding amount of matting in a short space of time & done so while being patient & reassuring towards my dog. A dream service & we will be a regulars now!

I wish I got the lady's name. She said she was wearing Britney spears perfume lol. I was unsure about what pet food to get as the my current one was discontinued. She straight away explained what would be identical and if not BETTER for my pets. I even learned about allergies on the way. I will be using this pet store from now on. Really pleased ?

Tried to check dog grooming availability - but was funnelled to give lots of personal information about myself and my dog, and then at the end still I cannot check to see what dates are available. This was 2 days ago and i've heard nothing back, but they have all my personal details! Why can't you just have a calendar showing your availability instead of wasting all my time??

Took Rosie (Dog) in to Jolly's for a pamper session at their dog spa - really great place!.. also biug some treats. Really great selection at a very fair price! ?
