I went in today and saw Trina there. I was in abit of a rush and needed a shirt sorting today. She was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed too much and all was sorted without any issues.
I couldn't recommend her enough. she is a credit to the organisation

Hi I have read through the reviews and feel the people who said the lady in the shop is rude is spot on... I asked a question and she replied in an uncaring, unprofessional and rude manner. How can we get this lady removed ASAP?

I would like to say a massive thank you to Trina.
I called yesterday, needing a suit dry cleaned and ready by this evening, she told me she would be able to fit it in, somehow as they are a busy establishment. Well within 5 hours of dropping off, I received a text to say it was ready for collection!
Exceptional customer service, quality of service and extremely fast.

Very interesting experience! They hand washed my soiled underwear very well! Louise found it difficult to get the skid-marks out so this business is a life-saver! (they were also very professional too) ;)
