Great service down to a tee, Well what can I say apart from it's very hard to find that individual care and attention and that good customer service approach in this day and age. I was served by John today and his attention to detail and knowledge on his trade is priceless ,being as indecisive as I am his advice and patience made me leave with a confident purchase knowing I had made the right choice .I will most defiantly be back again .Well done John and Team on putting your customers needs 1st .

We purchased our wedding bands from John, he was brilliant and very patient whilst we tried to make our decision on what to go with.
He also cleaned my engagement ring twice and ensured I had it back promptly on both occasions!
Would highly recommend & would go back for cleaning or any future jewellery purchases!

Brought in a 14-carat watch chain and a platinum diamond ring, hoping for a professional evaluation for sale. Instead, I waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, only to be met with a one-word answer: ?No.? My items weren?t even looked at. If the goal was to make me feel invisible, mission accomplished.
If you value your time or basic courtesy this probably isn?t the place to visit?...

Very disappointed in my second visit here after singing their praises the first time. There is a wonderful selection of jewellery but the gentleman I talked to was rude in manner and extremely curt. I was made to feel less than and like my time and money was worthless. Sadly disappointed with such a valuable local familu business. The lady I talked to last time was lovely and helpful and hope she is there if I ever have to visit in the future.

I cant be bothered to write a lot but this place is great. I am broke and yes this place is a bit more expensive than (chinese) online shops but that is because it contains the quality. Mate, The customer service was wicked, whatever I asked they would answer to the best of their abilities and lets just say that they are experts in this business. They offer infinite and free cleans for jewellery and it is a family owned business that you should love to support. The inside is so peaceful, calming modern yet traditional at the same time. They provide good mirrors for you to look that and YES,YES,YES,YES they really good and I love them. If you dont get my point, this place is great and I fully recommend. Note: This is the most formal I have ever written in my life. It took 100% of my brain to use. IM LAZY ASF

visited today with my daughter to choose a new charm for her nominations bracelet. we were given the latest brochure directed to comfy chairs to browse through the brochure and make our choice all in our own time. service from start to finish was amazing and would highly recommend.

Recently placed an order for a nomination charm on a Sunday night. Received a confirmation email the same night, an email on the following Tuesday advising that it had been posted & received it on the Wednesday. Very pleased with the charm, the price, the speed of receipt & for the amazing customer service. A lovely touch was the little silver bow on the nomination charm. I had a bangle that I wore daily and lost it - was gutted but this shop had the same bangle in stock - I ordered it and it was delivered by 1pm the next day.
