You receive a very professional and personalised service from a thorough examination to choosing frames and fitting of glasses. You are given options and left to make your own choice with no pressure. Great service with the bonus of free parking.

The business remains the best ever: a highly qualified and experienced optometrist, brilliant optician, friendly and kind receptionists, all contributing to a calm, confident and warm experience for the patient. An eye examination is exhaustive, thorough and detailed, assessing all possible angles of vision and eye health with an impressive battery of diagnostic machinery. They maintain a vast range of frames to choose from and offer an outstandingly efficient and personal service throughout. Situated in a quiet suburb of Bedford with ample parking just 30 or so yards away, so no town centre hassle to negotiate. Top notch.

Been going here for a few years and always been pleased with the service. Had an eye check with Mohammed Merali and bought my first pair of varifocals recently. A first class experience throughout. Calm and professional and experienced. The practice also kindly donated £60 towards the trek I was doing for charity ( Mary Ann Evans Hospice ). Very grateful. ThanksUPDATED DEC 2021-Been back again for a repeat eye exam. Cannot fault them. Service and staff continue to be exceptionalUPDATED MARCH 2024-Still great service. Mohammed and the team are excellent and very thorough.

Found John Kaye when we moved to the area. When I arrived for my appointment, they ladies at the desk were lovely and kind. Was seen by Muhammad was the optometrist and was excellent. He makes you feel valued and makes sure you understand everything.Would highly recommend, and will be going back for all future appointments.

All the team are so lovely and welcoming they can't do enough for you. They are so patient with my son even with the multiple times his broken his glasses. Can't recommend them enough.

Today we went to the John Kaye Optometrist in Putnoe with my mother for an eye exam. Doctor Muhamed Merali is really professional, very patient and very kind. The staff is very helpful and very welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it. I would give 10 stars. Good guys!. Compliments!!!
