Never again!!! I was looking for a pair of trainers. No staff ever approached me, and when I asked for my size, they were not available! I would never recommend this retailer as for them it is not about the customer or the experience! Horrible customer service, which is based on ridiculously bad management! Bedford is not the town to buy trainers. And JD is definitely not the retailer you would choose!

Very poor service also had an incident with some shoes that I choose and the staff sell it to another costumer (to mention was just the one I had on that colour and size)!I mentioned to the manager who can only mentioned some apologies and nothing more!I had some other issues before in the store but this one it was really too tooo much!

It's the worst place, no proper refund policy, or complaining against wrong practices carried out by them.
Please see the product before you buy them and get it signed by one of the assistants for its condition. Otherwise, they will trick you into buying old stock or refunded sneaker to you. It's very common during boxing days or any sales times. (Based on personalexperience).

Bought an item on line....arrived quickly and easily.......except......I am now being plagued by questionnaires and other bumpf that I can't unsubscribe from as they make it virtually impossible to leave so here it is:

Came into store with an ink pin that hadn?t been taken off from a piece of clothing I had bought from Manny. The manager stayed professional and understanding as I explained that my email receipt hadn?t been emailed to me and how upset I was. Very good customer service altogether and he honestly rescued my day. Big thanks to this JD.
