Absolutely atrocious service. Pre-paid via the app whilst we waited, and when it came to scanning it, we were told the qr code has expired/already been used. Obviously it hasn?t.
We showed the receipt, we showed our bank statement to show payment had been taken, and the guy just kept shrugging and telling us to contact ?the company.? We asked how we could contact the company, he said ?I dunno.? I asked who he reports to, he said he doesn?t know. I asked again how I can actually contact somebody to get a refund / authorised car wash, and got nowhere. He said his manager?s on holiday. The ONLY option apparently, was to buy another car wash.
Ridiculous.

I used to be a regular at this car wash, because they did a great job prewashing the cars, thoroughly getting rid of dirt before the actual wash. However, lately, it?s been a completely different experience. Instead of properly cleaning my car, all they do now is spray it with water, without actually removing any of the dirt. What?s even more frustrating is that they?re rubbing the dirt with a brush on the boot, which is just making things worse. It?s disappointing to see the quality of service go down like this.

I always use this car wash, very good value for money and the car is left decently clean. There is a good variety of prices/services to choose from, basic ones are good enough but the middle priced ones are excellent and not too expensive and coming winter good a way to remove the salt from the bottom of the car and protect your car, this is a tip.

Don't waste your time or money, just had the car done, paid £21 for the ceramic xr wash - cars come out the other side with a bumper and bonnet still absolutely littered with dirt and marks, not even close to clean and absolutely soaking wet. Complete waste of money.

Noticed when I got the ultra hd hasn?t been like wow but when I get the cheaper triple wash it?s sparkling would recommend as a normal car wash can?t get bird poo off this one is good for a pre wash and then whatever?s left comes off in the car wash anyway. I use the app to pre pay and you get a discount in there

I get the mini valet and diamond wax every two weeks or so. Staff are a bit quiet but do try make things right if your not happy
