They will lie, try to overcharge you, ignore you and send constant invoices for stuff you didn't have.Avoid at all costs, very horrible company.

Went to collect a floor sander as per online order, money has been taken from account. Arrived in store and told they don’t have any of the stock. Been told will be contacted regarding a refund. Shocking that moneys taken from your account before they can even check stock levels. Will be escalating.

Hired a hose and pressure washer online. When I arrived to collect my order I was told by a staff member that no stock was available. At no point had HSS been in contact with me to advise me there was an issue with my order. Took three attempts and three weeks to get a full refund via the online chat.
