The staff who visit are always friendly and build relationships and are hard working and actively help understand and support the mental health affects of disability/care support. The council temporarily moved care from my partner to a different care provider who were shocking and when we were reinstated back with Samorem it showed how much some other care providers could learn from Samorem.
