I showed up at this store 5 mins before opening and saw another person there as well. We were both waiting for the store to open at 9am. 9am comes and the store is still closed. At 9:03 the employee shows up and we walk to the doors thinking we can come in. She proceeds to tell me she needs 10 more mins to get set up. 10 MINS! Why you open at 9am why weren?t you there at 9am? In the 10 mins I stood there, there were 4 more people who walked by to try and get into the store but it was still closed. At 9:15 the store was still not open and I got frustrated of waiting and left . I now have to head to my trip without my medicine that I can only exclusively get at H&B. I refuse to shop at H&B for my medicine from now onward as I don?t ever want to have to be stuck like this again. Shameful

A very nice boy served me, helped me buy some presents :) very helpful
Another time, a small boy helped me find some products, he was very sweet and helpful. Like one of Santa?s elves!! Would recommend everyone to go there.

Last Sunday early morning (30th June) I went to get few things and the young boy working there helped me. He was very friendly and helpful with a big smile on his face, although he looked a bit tired.
Instead of showing him this review and just saying thank you for his hard work, he should get a pay raise.
