Really good hotel at a great price. Ample breakfast and secure parking. This hotel is ideal for visiting the area or as a stopover for Luton Airport. Friendly staff and clean rooms, little bit small bathroom though.Rooms: The bathroom is designed for one person at a time.

Sat 9th March your so called manager was so rude towards us as our friends used the phone to call a taxi and he was so unprofessional I have left and will never stay here again no professionalism at all, the gentlemen that opened the door didn't ask for proof of booking or how many people it was for which isn't good because it means your security wasn't doing there job correctly, I will never recommend this place as I didn't use the phone and he had the cheek to shout of me very disappointing never experienced this in any other Premier Inn. The power has clearly got to his head. I will make sure that every social media platform has this information and will even take it further to head office as this is no way to be speaking to people

I traveled to the hotel for a blood test appointment with Vitality. The staff member was exceptionally friendly, providing complimentary parking. The lounge was both clean and spacious.

Excellent experience during our weekend stay. The beds are to die for. It was the best bed I have ever slept on. Everything was as it should be . The location of the hotel was good with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was okay but they ran out of food too quickly. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend. The TVs need updating but didn't affect us as we were out all the time.

After several delays Americans Airlines put me up here. This hotel is disgusting!!! I stepped on a big bug when I got up in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk and they were sorry and he is aware of the roach and bug problem. Do NOT stay here.

Very good value, breakfast included in the price. Evening menu limited in choice but exceptionally well cooked and presented. Staff very friendly, genuinely made to feel welcome and valued. Rooms well appointed. Excellent car parking. Located next to a service station so no local walking possible.

I was only here for a business meeting and sadly the surrounding area left allott to be desired. MessyInside the reception area was clean and tidy. Can't comment on the rooms as it was a quick meeting.

I stayed here for one night and couldn't fault it. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff were nice and the breakfast was good. All for £50.

Its a roadside motel. The rooms are quaint and the beds a little hard. The staff were absolutely brilliant even when they were rushed off thier feet.I would stay here again without question.Food & drinks: Food and drinks are available. The menu isn't extensive but it's well prepped and tasty.
