I went for MOT of my car which is only four years and company service was done last week without any issues. Found to have faulty fog lamp which is very suspicious. Just came up with a removed light. Brought a new light within 10 minutes for 37£. Not a friendly place at least for different skin colour. I may be wrong. Overall experience is not good at all. At least if you go there, check your basic stuffs.

Went in yesterday for a wheel aglinment on my vauxhall insignia,the lads couldnt get some info on car up so couldnt do itbut colin gave me the name of a place that could went there the next day and sure enough they did it thank you all for your friendly and helpfull service

I cannot recommend these guys enough, had a sudden flat tire in the area and needed it fixed asap as had commitments that couldn't be avoided. Called HIQ and spoke to Colin on the off chance he could accommodate, although they were super busy. Colin looked at the tire and fixed it immediately. My husband was really impressed with the guys at the garage and the work they do. We really appreciate it and well deserved 5 star.

Arrive for 2 new front tyres and they tried to charge me £187 per tyre on my fiesta. When I tried to leave they said I wasn't allowed to and would have to leave my car at the garage, then continued to be demeaning and rude. Ofcourse I drove off and went to a new tyre fitter who charged me £170 for both tyres and reweighting. Really do not recommend they overcharge and are very rude!

Trurly terrible staff. I arrived with appointment with winter tyres as I warned them I will need them for going to Nordic country the next day. Upon arriving they refused to fit them as they said the car will be too low and won't be to get out down from their escalator. What tyre place can't change wheels without some escalator!? All day I was looking a place that will take me urgently without appointment, thankfully I managed to find a different place which had no problem fitting the tyres and car was got down from escalator just fine. Trurly terrible place, I ordered tyres through mytyres to their place and when they refused to fit them on my car, they also refused to send them back and my car did not have any extra space for collecting the tyres. How useless can a tyre changing place be.
