I couldn?t be more happy with the service that was provided. The Lady who performed my eye test was very professional and friendly. It was my first eye test and she was happy to answer any questions I had. Picking out my glasses was made very easy. She gave me lots of options and gave her opinion when asked. The ladies here are super friendly and made me feel excited to be wearing glasses.

An excellent opticians located in the centre of Flitwick. Following an annual reminder, booking is then very straightforward by telephone. I then had to cancel at short notice. This was handled courteously and without any fuss by the receptionist. Indeed, the opticians itself is very well presented. Staff are professional yet friendly. Patients / customers are made to feel very welcome. The eye reviews and tests are carried out meticulously; the different parts are explained as are the results. Given that I am screened for glaucoma, I very much appreciate this rigour. The range of frames and lens options on offer is excellent. I also appreciated being offered a cup of coffee while I waited. Excellent all round patient / customer experience and highly recommended.

I?ve been going to various opticians for over 40 years and I can honestly say Harrolds are the best in my experience.They are extremely professional, very thorough and really take the time to listen, advise and give the best service.My actual optician has been brilliant in identifying a few health concern regarding my eyes and wasted no time in referring me to the hospital and to follow up with me.The whole team are very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable in all their products.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they really go that extra mile to give an excellent service.The shop is very easily accessible, parking available opposite & has a relaxing environment with a big range of glasses to suit all budgets.I won?t be going to any other opticians while Harrolds are around.Highly recommend them.Really nice personable team of people and a pleasure to use their services.

Had an eye test and bought some glasses today, excellent service all round. The optometrist was very thorough and friendly. After the appointment I was struggling to find glasses that suit me (the new trend of big and round isn't really my thing), so they went through the back room to find something they felt I'd like more. Really went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience, got what I needed and I'm really looking forward to picking up my new glasses. Thanks!

The arm of my glasses broke whilst I was visiting Flitwick and as they are my only pair I was anxious to get them fixed. Harrold's came to the rescue with a temporary repair having dug deep into the box of old spares and won't take any payment. So glad good customer service still exists.

Harrold Opticians at Flitwick are exceptional! The whole team go the extra mile to give a level of service that I have not received anywhere else - and I have worn specs for over 40 years! Nothing is too much trouble; the advice received is honest and practical - there is no "hard sell'; all the staff are more than willing to take the time and make sure that your prescription/specs/lenses are absolutely right. You feel like you are the only customer when you call in; I'd recommend without hesitation!

My wife recommended I came here, as specsavers have always caused me problems.I am so impressed with the professionalism. They explain everything so well from the eye test to choosing frames and lenses.When it came to choosing my glasses, the lady who served me was friendly and really tuned into what I liked and gave brilliant advise on what frames I should go for and the type of lenses I should go for. I felt so special and knew I would be looked after in the future. Can't wait to get my new frames in 7 to 10 days.

This has been my first visit to Harrold Opticians in Flitwick. There was a very welcoming atmosphere from the receptionist when I arrived and this continued with every staff member I encountered. Alexia gave me the best/most thorough sight test I have had for years. There was a great choice of frames to choose from even in the childrens/young adult section. The manager, Dee Lo-Cascio, was approchable, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeble at her job. She was also excellent at adjusting my new glasses for a perfect fit. One thing I'd like to add was that I came away feeling that if I had ANY problems with my new spectacles I could go back for help and would not be embarrassed or made uncomfortable in doing so. This gave Harrold Opticians in Flitwick brownie points from me. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. -sent on behalf of Hayley Woodley.

I have been with Harold's for many years and have always had good service, however, this year has seen many optical problems for my family but the staff have gone above and beyond to help us.
