I've came to do Tyre Tracking, in other words is called wheel allignment and the first time they made it perfect! Except that the steering wheel was not in position VW sign was slightly thowards the right .... because they forgot to block it when they did the allignment......
Came back second time and since then my car goes slightly thowards the right, now they said to come in one day, came in, than they told me that sorry mate they did not had time, than they told me to come another day as early as possible.....
I came the other day as early as possible and guess what? They still did not started yet and one hour and a half passed already......
Than why are you asking me to come first thing in the morning if you know you busy and you prioritise other cars?
What kind of BS is this when it is for them to take the money they are first , but when it is to correct some mistakes they are busy with other customers, where in the end it is not my Mistake that the wheel allignment was made wrong, and if it is their mistake than they supposed to fix it because I'm still their customer no matter what..
But I will leave just a one star review or half of a star if it's possible just for people to realise that Halfords is not the same how used to be or Not this one from Midland Road Bedford, and fairly and Honestly the rating needs to go down...
If it's fixed and I'm Happy I will delete my review .. and give them more stars.

Car booked for MOT and service. Drop off was quick and easy.
I got a phone call a few hours later to go through works that were needed. Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. Staff were very helpful and happily explained all of the work again to make sure I was happy when collecting the car.
Can?t fault them as they keep you informed and are happy to go through anything with you.

I popped in on the off chance to ask for advice in what tyres I needed to order. Patrick was friendly and professional and located the tyres I needed, they were fitted within the hour, giving me time to go for a stroll and a coffee and getting home with my shopping still frozen. Thank you very much, I am very pleased with the service provided

Had service and MOT done. Wasn't able to do MOT at same time as booked due to staff sickness, but offered another day a few days later, and added a discount to my MOT charge due to the inconvenience caused, which was nice

What a professional and friendly place to have your tyres done. Booked an appointment , went for a coffee and a wander. Went back after an hour and all was done. So easy, will definitely go back .
