Me and my Fiancé purchased her engagement ring & wedding ring here after MK let us down with poor customer service. Well, the Manager and Supervisor throughout have been absolutely fantastic, can?t fault them at all. My Fiancé has the rings that she absolutely loves and we?ve left feeling very satisfied. Thoroughly recommend this H. Samuel store to anyone. Thanks for all of your help.

I first went to the MK store before the Bedford store - the MK store was extremely unhelpful and didn?t seem to care at all. I popped into the Bedford store on the off chance that may be more helpful and they truly were ! I cannot fault the service I was given for my engagement and wedding rings ! I unfortunately didn?t get their names but they couldn?t have been more nicer and helpful ! HIGHLY recommend !!

Purchased a gold rope chain for £280. Broke within 2 weeks. Today I went back in. The larger or the two woman served me. Very grumpy. I don't care if there's only 2 staff all day. I'm a paying customer. She told me how it broke and was positive of how it broke... You don't work in hatton garden you work at h Samuel who are you to tell me how it broke? To top it off they quoted me £39 to fix it; double the price of other shops.
