Quite a good size gym actually but the usual problem I guess in that there simply isn’t enough out for the number of users at peak times, so you end up waiting ages to be able to do anything.

If you go at quieter hours, then happy days!”

“Have been going to this gym for more than half a year now, and I think it definitely holds up as one of the better gyms in Bedford. Although the price is a little on the steep side, there are plenty of good quality machines available, as well as a plethora of classes on offer. The staff are all friendly and no matter what time of day will always welcome you with a friendly smile. Management don't appear to be afraid to upgrade/update equipment when signs of wear and tear are showing, which is refreshing and very much appreciated. Maybe my only gripe would be the shower facilities, as although they have recently just gotten new glass windows which now thankfully block out the sight of the naked man next to you, the doors still lack locks which I think is a bit archaic.”
