Specifically the women working at 11:40am on Christmas Eve should not be working in a customer facing role if she can not be polite enough to customers and do her job correctly. AWFUL

Last week I attended this store for the first time and was shocked to see the amount of people in the queue which ran the length of the store and out of the shop. I wasn’t purchasing anything for myself, I had decided to buy something hot for a homeless man on the stairway of the carpark.
