Asked for chicken mayo sandwich and was told it would take over 15min as they were making different sandwiches at the time.
When I asked why wouldn't they just make the sandwich the customer asks for, they told me I could get a cheese and ham sandwich as that was what was already made. I left without buying anything.
Really disappointing service.
Why does a food busyness opens it's doors and doesn't have their items ready for sale?

This place never opens on time, when it did open 13 mins late, no hot food was available for another 5 mins, time keeping is a big issue here

what can i say shoplifters in there then the staff are rude ive spoken to the staff from the customer service and they were just a rude i had food poising and caused me to be ill the customer service center are quite unprofessional when talk to them they over

Visited this branch today. I sat inside as it was raining. 2 pigeons were running around inside. The floor was filthy and under the fridges I viewed so much food debris it is a wonder that this branch is allowed to serve food. I took photos and sent them to head office The public deserve clean places to eat in, or perhaps nobody has standards
