“We went to Wyboston Lakes on corporate golf day and it was a fabulous experience. The course was very wet even though it was a beautiful day and hadn’t been that wet that week so it obviously holds a lot of water naturally which will be amazing in a long hot dry summer, but does mean you need to watch out for the odd puddle and you can hit a bit of a dead spot with a ball occasionally. The Gravel Pit is a nice area to have for the 19th with a good selection of beers including premium brands and non alcoholic ones.”
“Dear Julie, Tilly and Joy and all the rest of your great team at the Colmworth Golf club, we were so lucky to have had the good fortune to have booked our stay in your cottages in the North Bedfordshire countryside. We were able to relax, go for walks and just enjoy and soak up the the rural atmosphere. The cottages, Digbys Den and Clives Cottage were just perfect for our stay, self contained and a great view out onto the lake and beautiful greens. The location just right to drive into Bedford and central to so many other great visitor locations. We loved the food at the clubhouse and I think we managed to work our way through the whole menu as well as enjoy the cakes and pastries. Thank you also for arranging our family get together at the club house. I can honestly say that our return trip to our birthplace of Bedford after 56 years was made so much more enjoyable by having such fabulous accomodation and location. What great memories we have taken back with us to Australia. Maybe one day we will come back. We will certainly recomend your great place to our family and friends.Sincerely yoursJulie, Mandy & David”
