Booked an appointment for travel vaccinations, turned up to be told they couldn?t fit me in as they were too busy with more urgent appointments. I explained that I had booked and was happy to wait a few minutes and was told ?unless your name is on this list we can?t see you? (showing me the list of patients details in the process, which is a GDPR breach). I appreciate more urgent appointments need to be prioritised but why allow appointments to be made for travel vaccinations if you can?t fulfill them? And why not ring or email me to cancel earlier in the day, instead of just letting me turn up? I was then told to try calling on Monday and they?d probably be able to fit me in then. I said I work Mondays, so I don?t have time, and the man?s response was ?well please find the time? - firstly, how rude! Secondly, I had found the time today, made an appointment, driven 15 minutes, paid for parking, to just be turned away. And now you want me to do the same on Monday? No thanks, will be going elsewhere.Update - the pharmacy did get in touch to apologise and offered to rebook the appointment.

My appointment for covid booster was at 10.30. When I arrived I was told the pharmacist had gone to fetch the vaccines and would be back in 30 minutes. As appointments had been made I felt the vaccines should have been in stock.On return the pharmacist was very distracted and was shouting at the counter assistant, not very professional. The vaccine was in a multi dose ampoule and had to be drawn up I don?t think he was paying attention to this. I have had all the covid vaccines recommended and numerous flu jabs with no reaction at all.The evening of my appointment my arm was extremely painful and hot 2 days later I was very weak, achy and needing to sleep all the time this lasted a week I could do nothing and as I live on my own this was worrying and inconvenient. I will continue to have any vaccines required but will not be returning to Goldharts Pharmacy

Amazing service from start to finish!Plenty appointments to book online or they happily take walk-ins on the day.The lady serving us was so helpful, friendly and personable and helped make the best of a rubbish thing!Results arrived earlier than expected. We did our rest at 10am and results were back before midnight that same day.Thank you for great customer service!

Would not recommend.I feel like they are not aware of GDPR.Also they sell old, dusty brushes as on the photo. Seriously. Would not recommend. Tests are very expensive. They charge £10 for printing (on top of the test charge). Even if you made an appointment for specific time, you need to wait.

While the testing lab didn't send the test results - Goldharts responded to my query at 7.30am on a Sunday morning and sent the results immediately. Very impressive service and a very friendly team. Thank you

My mother buy 1 test for covid for flying, she pay for it 115£, and they promise in 24 hours she have the result. Now she is stuck in airport , because 24 hours past, and she does not have result yet. Never ever use this Pharmacy again.

I needed to get a covid test last minute so I called Goldharts Pharmacy and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked a test for me. When I got the there, the pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure that I?d get my covid test result on time (my flight was in 2 days time, it was a very short time frame).I?d definitely recommend this pharmacy as the service is 10/10 and the staff go out of their way to make sure that they meet the needs of their customers !!!

I have been to this pharmacy on several times monthly over two years recently occasions I have notice a greed in priorities COVID. £39 for a for head for head Thermometers . Pharmacist has been paying cash in hand to pharmacy staff who has made three drug errors. This pharmacy used to to be so kind the however theIndia lady and young blood lady are amazing however the Male Pharmacist more about money over Covid swabs I will be changing my pharmacy once I pick my next meds. I have used a sudo Name due to the fact I have to pick up another prescription next week. I will be leaving the moving to boots. Today I required urgent meds for a potentially life threatening condition i rang and the hung up and was closed 10 mins early

Excellent service provided by Asha today as I was struggling to find a govt approved PCR test (with fit to fly) service for my father as the Goldharts staff member was on leave. Asha kindly gave me a number for Optimize Body and Mind in Luton and the test has now been booked in. Govt advice is confusing but Asha was amazing and provided as much information as possible and even gave me a number to call for Optimize - Hope Optimize can give as good a service as Goldharts as their service is exemplary.
