I visited Ernest Johns today to find a last-minute present for my cousin. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Ariana, Sarah, and Karieanne. Their customer service was excellent. They quickly helped me choose a beautiful set of jewellery and made the whole process smooth and easy. I left the store as a very happy customer. I?ll definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic customer service from the start there was a really warm friendly welcome into the shop by Darren who helped and advised us we were looking for an eternity ring for our 25th anniversary and nothing was too much trouble for him he even stayed late just to make sure everything was perfect for us thats going above and beond for the perfect customer service thankyou Darren x then Jo & vikki took over again amazing customer service we didnt feel rushed or pushed into buying anything they both were extremly helpful and once i had decided again they were really helpful getting the right fit and sizing once the ring was back we were contacted and with a really friendly call from charlene who again gave amazing customer service all in all i cant rate the whole staff at Earnest jones Bedford highly enough and will definatly be back in the future thankyou from us Roy & Deb chin xx

Sarah and vikki were really helpful in getting us the right ring and size we needed. They were amazing at doing an exchange for a different ring size and getting the perfect ring in 2 days earlier than expected. We will definitely be using their services again. Xx

My boyfriend bought me the most beautiful eternity ring from Ernest jones!! Unfortunately I gave the wrong size but a massive thankyou to all the staff involved to help make sure we got the ring I loved re sized to fit and all polished up again with no troubles.
I?m over the moon,the customer service from everyone was impeccable and can?t Thankyou Sarah,Vikki and their lovely manager Jo enough.
They?re all very good at their job and although upon arrival I was upset,Jo the manager soon changed that for me.
