Sent here for a battery exchange because of the Google Pixel 6A battery issue by Google themselves and they seemed be unsure, then tell me a long winded tale of a so-called resolution. Basically be without a phone for two weeks with no loan phone. Not sure they knew what they were on about. Left rather disgruntled having travelled 20 miles each way and paid for parking for an hour wasted.

I went into the EE shop after having a very poor experience with their customer services.
Nicoleta was really helpful and patient,and she resolved all my issues with the account
Maybe it's time for customer service to follow her example!

I have been treated by an assistant that deserves praise for not losing his temper dealing a grumpy abrupt old man. And the service was great, I needed a restart of my phone and left with repaired phone in better condition than it was when I took it in. New screen, new software and a new battery all done within two days. I can only be greatful and give my warmest thanks to Jeevan.
