We were welcomed by Arjun at the Bedford store. We were offered a drink and had a choice of pillows to try the Sleepmatch machine. We were very impressed by Arjun and is an asset to your company.

We had a very helpful person that showed us all the different mattresses that were wanted to compare. We needed a bed ready so they also went out of their way to help check what was available for a quick delivery. Very pleased with the service and the product. Thanks!

We purchase a tempur mattress from this store 30 months ago and when we return to hunt down another cheap mattress the store manager mo welcomed us with a smile and with a friendly manner of he said your our returning customer and then past us onto arjan his store colleague.

Great customer service from Dreams. Friendly and knowledgeable sales person (Arshan) who encouraged me to try a range of different mattresses with no strong arm sales talk pushing me to towards a particular one. Consequently, he made the sale. Result :-)

I was welcomed by Cathryn at Dreams in Bedford. She offered me and my partner a drink and showed us a selection of pillows. We tried the sleepmatch machine which was very helpful. We purchased a new divan base and a new mattress. Everything from deciding which mattress and divan we wanted to the ordering process was very easy and explained in detail.

Spent two hours in here today buying our first ever mattress and finding exactly what we wanted. After many laughs and tests we left with our tempur mattress and adjustable electric base ordered, free tempur pillows and a lovely bedsheet to go with for the 28th delivery and building it all sorted too!
I cannot wait and hopefully this helps us both sleep better

Went for a new mattress and were very expertly guided to a suitable solution. The mattress was a super king size and weighed 100kg and the two guys who delivered it did a magnificant job getting it upstairs carefully and removing the old one. This is the third mattrressn from Dreams we've had and woud not go anywhere else. Excellent company.
